From Birth to Missoula
I was born and raised in Forsyth, Montana. I started Kindergarten in Forsyth and graduated High School there as well. Following high school, I went to college at Montana State Bozeman and got my degree in Elementary Education. My student teaching experience took me to Missoula, where I spent a year and a half. My first teaching job I accepted brought me back to Eastern Montana in Colstrip. I never thought I would live only 30 miles from my home town, but I loved my job! As the fates would have it, I got set up on a blind date and met my future husband while living in Colstrip, so I started to grow roots. After teaching in Colstrip for 5 years, we bought a house outside of Forsyth and the roots started to take hold. I am now working and living in Forsyth, married to that handsome man I met on a blind date, and we have three beautiful, busy children. What a full circle trip I went on without ever moving outside of the state. Born in Forsyth, only to return again, and find a world full of happiness.
